The aloe vera juice helps to combat dehydration, which can increase the appearance of fine lines and dullness. Aloe vera also contains powerful antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E, which helps reduce the effects of UV damage like age spots and uneven skin tone.

As you get older, your body’s natural collagen production decreases, so you need to start using an anti-ageing moisturising cream. While the reduction of collagen can affect your joints and muscles, it also affects your skin. This means that your supple, plump skin naturally loses some of its elasticity.
