Order Acceptance

• By clicking on the ‘Confirm Order’ button, you agree to place your order request for goods from our website.
• We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and product prices appearing on the website are accurate at the time of update. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law or due to certain limitations encountered through the mechanics of the website, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Subject to stock availability – we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, however from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase.
• In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
• It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where a product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount.
• If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
• Payments can be made by any of the methods specified in the checkout section of this website.
• We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you, and end the contract at any time. In this instance, we will refund you any sums already paid.
• If you require any information regarding your order(s) please contact us by either completing our Contact Form, or email our Customer Support team.

Transference of Property Ownership

• We shall retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us.
• Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
• All products we may supply you are for personal use only and can not be re-sold.

Delivery / Shipping

• All prices indicated on products in our website are exclusive of delivery charges.
• Shipping costs are added during checkout and based on total order value and/or application of a valid shipping voucher.
• Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
• Delivery cost will be a flat rate to mainland UK only.
• If you require shipping to a location outside of the UK, please contact us by either the Contact Form or email Customer Support for a cost prior to making payment for your order and we will advise on next steps.
• We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of payment of order and you will receive an email with depatch information.
• Any delivery time-scales quoted to you are indicative only.
• We operate Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
• All orders will be sent using either Royal Mail or a courier service and delivered in normal working hours. If this is not possible you may want to give us an alternative address.
• Sweetpea & Belle does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
• As soon as you have received the delivery, you will assume all risk of the goods.

Cancellations

• If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
• Please submit your request via either our Contact Form or email our Customer Support team, providing your order reference number.
• If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
• We regret we can not refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind once the goods have been dispatched.

Returns

• Sweetpea & Belle will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 calendar days of receipt and item(s) are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
• To request a return please either use our Contact Form or email our Customer Support team, providing the following information:
  • Order reference number
  • Reason for return
  • If a refund or exchange is required
• Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.
• We will issue you a returns authorisation number, after which you can return the unopened goods with the returns authorisation number attached.
• Goods returned without a valid returns authorisation number will not be considered.
• We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
• Once returns are received and accepted we will process your chosen method of reimbursement within 7 business days and notify you by email.
• We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
• We will not refund or exchange items outside of the 14 calendar day period, or any opened and/or used goods for health, protection and hygiene reasons.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
• Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Limited Liability

The provisions of this section relate to the use of this website only and do not affect the statutory rights of consumers or any other rights granted by us in connection with the purchase of our goods on this website. 1. The material displayed on our site is provided on an “as is” basis without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
